"SITA-online" for Windows 9x/NT4.0/2000

"SITA-online" is a Windows program for recording and editing data from the world's first hand-held instruments for measuring the dynamic surface tension of liquids: The SITA pro line f10 and SITA science line t60.

The program "SITA-online" is capable of:

  • recording all data online (surface tension, temperature, bubble frequency and bubble lifetime),
  • plotting the readings versus the elapsed time, current time, number of readings, temperature, bubble frequency or bubble lifetime,
  • saving all data,
  • exporting the data to ASCII format,
  • printing plots and data lists,
  • controlling the device and
  • recording data from up to 8 instruments simultaneously.

"SITA-online" also offers a comprehensive help function which explains the use of the program.


"SITA-offline" for Windows 9x/NT4.0/2000

The Windows Program "SITA-offline" is a supplementary program for the program "SITA-online". It compares and analyses several measurements recorded with "SITA-online". The common parameter is surface tension.

"SITA-online" and "SITA-offline" require the following hardware and software:

  • Intel compatible PC 133MHz or better, 32MB RAM or more,
  • at least 640x480 graphic display, 16 colours,
  • mouse,
  • Windows 95/98/ME, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000,
  • CD-ROM-Drive,
  • free serial port(s) for connecting the instrument (RS232).
