Tego Chemie Service is a 100% daughter company of TH. Goldschmidt AG and has been
a world market leader in many areas of silicon chemistry for more than thirty years.
Tego Chemie Service specializes in the production of additives for the lacquer and
paint industry. In some areas, like silicon based bath sealants, high temperature
resistant silicones and silicon-polyester resin, we have been among the market
leaders for many years.
Boundaries and surface active processes are of great importance in the printing and
ink industries. Measuring surface tension offers a fast way of evaluating the
wetting properties of liquids and solids.
Our company has been using a SITA Bubble Pressure Tensiometer for approximately
one year now for measuring dynamic surface tension. The advantages of this system,
besides the portability, are its quick set-up, and its easy handling and cleaning procedure.
The software is easy to install and provides a useful range of control facilities.
The system is reliable and gives reproducible results. Even long-term measurements
can be carried out without any problems.
